I am the owner of this time share and have the ability to transfer ownership. Once this is purchased ownership will be transferred to the new owners. Ownership transfer will take from six to eight weeks.
The maintenance fees for this timeshare is 1.31 for 6000 points per year. I have a bank of 12000 points that can be used on vacation planning. On November 30th of this year 6000 bank point will expire if not used.
